Owners Charlie and Zuzana Deuchar have joined forces with Heron Valley’s Tasha Green to create a delicious range of cocktails, some unique to the Inn, and all made with juices created just up the road near Kingsbridge.
There’s the refreshing Bramble, made with Salcombe Gin, lemon, Heron Valley Summer Berry Fizz, strawberries and mint; or Respect Your Elders – Salcombe Gin with Heron Valley Elder Flower Fizz and cucumber.
If you love rum, how about a Dead Man’s Finger – made with rum, lime and Heron Valley’s Fiery Ginger Beer – a fantastic blow the kitchen doors off genuine ginger beer.
Whatever your tipple, cocktails are a rite of summer: refreshing, shaken not stirred and with that strange potential to evoke memories of summers’ past.
